Hi friends! We’re pausing yoga this month due to the overlap with Mother’s Day, and by garden request will be setting up underneath our usual peppercorn tree for an early afternoon of meditative garden music. It’s always an extremely popular day to gather within Arlington, and simply put, everyone and their mom doesn’t need to watch us in our happy baby poses as they dig into the charcuterie.

Bring a picnic, a blanket, a mom or a friend or simply a book, and Qur’an Shaheed will bring her good loving energies to share through sound. Yoga will be back in June.
