Join us this January as we explore Umbria, the "cuore verde" or green heart of Italy. Famous for it's fertile soils and salumi, expect to see dishes that highlight the region's love of pork, legumes and heirloom grains.

Dinner will begin with a light bite and something sparkling during apertivo, followed by a five-course dinner, served family-style. Full wine service is available for purchase during the meal.
